About the Role
Moove is looking for an experienced professional with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Consolidation and Reporting Manager. The ideal candidate will deliver operational excellence and provide subject matter expertise and advice on all Financial Reporting matters.
The position will be based in Cape Town, with flexible office/working from home arrangements. You will be reporting to the Global Head of Finance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overall responsible for Group Financial Reporting
- Preparation of Group Consolidations
- Preparation of Group Annual Financial Statements and review of individual company financial statements
- Group management accounts
- Managing the Budgets and Forecasting process
- Financial projections
- Managing intercompany transactions
- Calculation of forex impact on results
- IFRS compliance and implementation
- Group audit engagement
- Management of ERP Financial Software across the group
- Technical accounting queries
- Adhoc projects or duties
What You will need for this position
- 4-6 years experience in Consolidations and Group Reporting
- CA(SA) qualification
- Experience in working with multinational companies across Africa and the rest of the world
- Experience in consolidations in an ERP or similar consolidation software
Who You'll Be Working with:
Directly reporting to our Global Head of Finance, and working closely with the different Financial Managers across the group.
