Moove Product & Technology

Our Tech Teams are led by Product Managers (“CEO of the Products''), who are accountable for building great products, delivering them to customers and evolving them throughout the product life-cycle. They do it as part of a cross-functional team made of software developers, designers, customer service, business analysts, data scientists, operations and so on. PMs are also responsible for the speed and quality of the team’s decisions in order to maximize customer value and business impact.

About You

As a Lead Product Manager (LPM) you’ve already led cross-functional teams building complex fintech products - from concept to market. You’ve worked with C-level executives across the company, while hands-on managing and nurturing product managers of different seniority levels - to grow and meet their career objectives. You’re a fintech/payment domain expert and the go-to person for stakeholders and colleagues.

Considerable experience building teams to facilitate effective, profitable business growth and create value for shareholders.

Proven experience managing highly engaging products in a fast-paced early-stage scale-up environment.

Combination of product and engineering leadership-level experience, with an emphasis on the product skillset.

A proven operator in a fintech, payments, banking, PaaS or BaaS environment, a commercially minded technologist with a broad business perspective.

Demonstrable success of defining and implementing long term Product strategy in a scaling tech/digital business.

Strong experience with mobile app platforms is a bonus.

You must enjoy a challenging, fast-paced environment and have the intellectual acumen and conceptual knowhow to make your mark on the future of this ambitious and innovative payments fintech.
