About the Role
Moove is looking for an exceptional professional with strong entrepreneurialism to be Head of Partnerships for the Moove business. The ideal candidate will deliver networking excellence and provide subject matter expertise and advice on all existing and prospective Partnerships. In addition to this, the Head of Partnerships will also play the lead role in Moove’s Corporate development, Merger & Acquisition as well as Business Development plans.
The position could be flexible office/working from home arrangements post the first 6- 12 Months. However, it would involve significant travel as and when required. You will be reporting to the CEOs.
What You’ll be Doing
Exploring - You would be the brains in putting together a comprehensive partnership map on all prospective partners be it start-ups or Multinational businesses in the e-mobility space who could support our team growth. And also identify existing businesses or technology that we could acquire that can help shape Moove’s future.
Engaging - You will be the first point of contact for all our inbound partners, that is businesses who are reaching out to us to form partnerships and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships. Therefore, you would be a reflection of Moove for all our potential partners.
You will have full ownership of all Outbound initiatives. That is you would be responsible for building beneficial networks be it through cold calling, attending conferences or other suitable methods.
Partnership Business Planning - You would play a key part in developing proposals with potential partners and reviewing these with our transaction team.
Relationship Managing - You will be closely interacting with existing partners, to see that they are managed effectively. In addition to this you would have to provide periodic reports on the activities and outcomes. This includes taking feedback to see how the relationship could be improved further on both ends.
Deal managing - You would own all mergers and acquisitions undertaken by the Company.
What You will need for this position
5+ years experience in Partnerships or corporate development or business development.
Minimum bachelor's degree required in any field.
Experience in working with start-ups or multinational companies across multiple regions.
KPIs that will be measured after you start
Mapping regions for potential partners or merger and acquisition opportunities.
Successful agreements signed with new partners.
Engaging and managing existing partners.
Who You'll Be Working with:
Directly reporting to our CEOs, and working closely with Senior Leadership members in our Mobility team as and when required.
